Incomplete Homework

*Homework is not completed and returned when the student comes to class (including any required signatures)
No Homework

*Student signs discipline log and loses recess.
*Study hall may be assigned until homework is completed.
*Reduction in 9 weeks homework grade taken every time homework is not completed in a timely manner.

Incomplete Class Work

*A student does not complete or return homework, or has lost assignment…

*A student does not finish class work…
*A student is absent…
Study Hall

*Student may be required to come to Study Hall to complete.

*The classwork will be completed at Study Hall.
*Student attends Study Hall OR uses P.A.W.S. Time to complete missed work.
*Maximum days a student can stay in for Study Hall is 2 days per week.  

Inappropriate Behavior

*A student signs the “Behavior/Discipline Log” for inappropriate behavior, incomplete work or is not prepared for class…

*A student brings home a Behavior Report…

*Any Student that violates the CISD Code of Conduct…

*The student will miss playtime at recess, however will still receive exercise by walking along the sidewalk of the playground for 10 minutes.

*The student will show the parent and parent will sign it.  The student will return it to the teacher the following day.  The behavior will be documented in the Tuesday Folder that is sent home and signed by parent.

*Student will be referred to the Assistant Principal or Principal as deemed necessary by the teacher.
